Master of Public Administration
MPA students in the Public Management Internship Preparation class (PADM 5800) prepared for a mock interview. As part of the internship preparation course, each student goes through a formal interview with a team of experienced MPA alumni. The interviewers then provide each student with recommendations on ways to improve their interviewing skills. The mission of the Master of Public Administration program is to prepare leaders for public and nonprofit organizations through an innovative curriculum and dedicated teaching; creating and disseminating knowledge to the field of public administration through interdisciplinary research and professional development activities; and serving the profession and the community in order to promote democratic governance and enhance quality of life.
The next administration of the MPA comp exam is Saturday, January 25, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm. Please register for the exam by emailing Hannah Nickel at Hannah.email@example.com. A prep session will be held on Saturday, January 11, from 10:00 to 11:00 in Chilton 270. Registration for this event is not required.
