PACS PhD Student Wins 1st Place at the Graduate Student Global Research Competition and Awards Luncheon

The College of Public Affairs and Community Service congratulates 2nd year PhD student Kyujin Jung on winning 1st place for his poster on “Community Resiliency and Emergency Management Networks Following the Korean Typhoons of 2012” at the Graduate Student Global Research Competition and Awards Luncheon. Studying in the Department of Public Administration Kyujin’s specialization is City Management and Urban Policy and researches with his major professor, Dr. Simon Andrew. Kyujin has research interests in collaborative governance, urban economic development and social network analysis. With so many great graduate students here at the University of North Texas we are proud to have Kyujin represent PACS so well.
