Disability and Addiction Rehabilitation

The mission of the Department of Disability and Addiction Rehabilitation (DAR) is to enhance the lives of individuals and strengthen communities by preparing professionals using best practices (or evidence based practice) while engaging in applied interdisciplinary research that informs the field, impacts policy, and translates knowledge to practice (or science to service). We seek to empower our students and those we serve through advocacy, skill building, and action research.
